In 2000, Macy's flagship store was introduced in Seri Kembangan, housing both curtain and furniture showrooms. Starting with 35,000sf, it was expanded to 80,000sf in 2006 and has a 308-ft shopping ramp walkway that leads customers around in the showroom here there are 1,500 pieces of furniture on display and over 1,000fabric designs to choose from. Currently, Macy is an anchor tenant at Ikano, Mutiara Damansara, an upmarket shopping mall. This has boosted its brand awareness tremendously.

In 2007, Macy started a new division, Sleepstudio ( the name has been changed to Macy Bedrooms), which carries 8 international leading brands of mattresses. Macy Bedrooms has since become one of the leading players in the very competitive mattress industry
